The morphological identification and molecular dimension estimation of organochlorine compounds (OCCs) in two different naphtha samples were performed. The analysis result of gas chromatography equipped with an electron capture detector indicates that the chloroaromatics are predominant OCCs in the two naphtha samples, and a small amount of chloroolefins and chloroalkanes coexisted with them. The main OCCs (>3 mg/L) in naphtha I are 1,2⁃dichlorobenzene, 1,4⁃dichlorobenzene, 1,6⁃dichlorohexane, 1,1⁃dichloroethylene, 2⁃chloroethylbenzene and 1,2⁃dichloropropane, and that in naphtha II are 1,2⁃dichloropropane and 1,4⁃dichlorobenzene. The three⁃dimensional dimension of 14 identified OCCs are determined by softwares, whose minimum cross⁃sectional diameter is between 0.4 nm and 1.0 nm by further estimation. The high abundance of OCCs, which easily are converted to corrosive hydrogen chloride and ammonium chloride during processing, in naphtha may be a primary cause of increased malfunction in naphtha prehydrogenation unit. The porous adsorption material with micropore close to the molecular diameter is beneficial for the adsorption removal of OCCs.

High strength low alloy 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel was welded by using shielded metal arc welding to form welded joint, weld microstructure observation, fracture surface analysis and low temperature impact toughness were operated to research weld microstructure and low temperature impact toughness. The results showed that weld microstructure was consisted of pre-eutectic ferrite along grain boundary, intragranular acicular ferrite and granular bainite, the acicular ferrite presents redial growth by micro-inclusions. The impact absorbing energy of different weld metal site gradually declined tendency with the depth increasing, and the toughness losses were by 67% in the region of half thickness compared with that of surface location. The impact absorbing energy of weld metal gradually declined tendency with the temperature reducing in the region of a quarter of thickness, and the impact absorbing energy was up to requirements at -40 ℃;The impact fracture of weld metal characterized by concavo convex was changed into flat and smooth with the temperature decreased, and the miro-morphology of fracture was changed form the dimple pattern to rive pattern

In the 20 years of waterflood development in the Niuxintuo oilfield, the contradiction between water injection in plane and interlayer is prominent, so it is urgent to adjust the injectivity profile, especially for depth profile control. Using the existing profile control agent system to improve the profile control, the effect of gel formation is poor, and the profile control effect is not satisfactory. It has been found that the presence of dissolved oxygen in the profile control agent is the main factor affecting the effect of profile modification. The site provides the polymer, crosslinking agent and water samples, the use of commonly uses deoxidant on Niuxintuo oilfield profile control agent to improve the effect to carry out a series of laboratory experiments. The results show that sodium benzoate and hyposulphite for improving the effect of gumforming compound have certain effect.

In order to change the traditional method in detecting over-speed governor, in which the structures of measuring tools are complex, the testing accuracy is low, and the workload is heavy. A device with simple structure, easy operation, and high precision was designed. Inspectors need not measure the wheel diameter of over-speed governor, they simply measure the wire rope diameter and the slot depth. In the process of the wheel rotating accelerated, the mechanical device will issue two pulse signals when the speed reaches to electrical speed and mechanical speed. Detecting device calculates the pitch speed in the two moments based on a formula: electrical speed and mechanical speed. So inspectors can determine whether the over-speed governor is qualified based on the two tested figures.

The effect of process parameters for intercritical heat treatment (IHT) on the microstructure and low-temperature toughness in 9Ni steel were investigated by means of SEM and XRD, etc. The experimental results show that intermediate quenching temperature and tempering temperature have obvious influence on cryogenic toughness. The higher or lower heat treatment temperature brings about the decrease in impact toughness. The reversed austenite distributes more dispersively and homogeneously, and much precipitates in specimens treated by IHT process compared with those treated by quenching and tempering process.

The inorganic chlorine was removed from crude oil by thermochemical deaquation process. The chlorine contents in Liaohe crude oil and its distillates were determined using microcoulometric titration, and the chlorine distribution combined with the yield were calculated. The analysis results demonstrate that the chlorine contents varied with the difference of types and origin of crude oil. Chlorine content of crude oil in east distillation unit is high up to 12.94 μg/g, and that of coking unit is only 3.9 μg/g. Most of the chlorines in crude oil of east and south distillation unit are inorganic chlorines, and the proportion is 62.13% and 60.08%, respectively. The contents of organic chlorines in west distillation unit is higher, and the proportion is 72.14%. Chlorines distribute in all crude oil fractions, and they mainly exist in the heavy fractions. The distribution result demonstrates that the chlorides in crudJIe oil exist with complex mixtures.

The 400 MPa ultrafine grained steel strip with thickness of 8 mm was connected by CO2+Ar arc welding under single-pass welding and double-pass welding, and the low-temperature toughness for weld joints was investigated by series impact test. The experimental results show that the low-temperature toughness for weld is worse among the weld joint. The low-temperature toughness for weld joint by double-pass welding is better than that of single-pass welding, and its heat affected zone(HAZ) is decreased because smaller heat input reduces grain growth coarsening.
